Jessica Williams

CEO & Principal Partner

Jessica an multi-generational Oregonian and Accountant (CPA since 2011). She started in the restaurant industry as a host and server, but after earning her CPA license jumped into corporate auditing and accounting. Her passion for food and beverage found a home with ChefStable Group (2011-2016) as their Director of Financial Operations overseeing more than 20 entities and leading a team of five.


Matt Brown

Principal Partner

Matt Brown (Bunk / Bladen County Records), by way of North Carolina in 2000, has an equal footing in Portland's creative culture and restaurant industry. Outside of being a fiction writer, DJ, and music maven; Matt is on the front lines, stirring the pot on upcoming Title Bout projects. Equal parts entrepreneur and raconteur, you should have a drink at his bar.


Izzy Holmes


Izzy is a Los Angeles native who moved to Portland in 2016. She attended Emory University in Atlanta, GA where she received her BA in Mathematics and Spanish. After graduating, she went on to be the assistant choreographer for The Public Theatre’s production of Cymbeline at Shakespeare in the Park in New York City. Once in Portland, she started working at a financial tech company while continuing to teach Jazz and Hip Hop classes. Izzy is now excited to be using her accounting skills on the Title Bout team.


Molly Donegan


Molly grew up in southeast Portland and after attending Chapman University in Orange, CA and The University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA, ultimately graduated from Portland State University with her BA in Sociology in 2013. After spending seven years on accounts in the marketing and advertising industry, Molly is happy to have found a home as the newest member of the Title Bout team.


Rye Dog


Rye is our resident expert on napping and an avid tug of war enthusiast, she brings a unique K-9 perspective to the team. In her spare time she enjoys running, swimming and running some more. At only eight years old she has already mastered the art of balancing a treat on her nose, and looks forward to learning more about the restaurant industry through Title Bout's internship program.
